The entire house is $3,000- $3,500 per week for up to 12 guests

MASTER BEDROOM 15x12 has an attached master bathroom king size bed, chairs and table ,TV with DVD player and beautiful view of the pool and gardens

20x20 feet has a queen size bed

with a door that adjoined to the double room

DOUBLE BEDROOM
15x20 feet has a double bed
with a door that adjoins to room #2

There are two other sleeping/sitting rooms that are not totally private. One of them you have to walk through to get to one of the bathrooms. The other sleeping room has walls that only go halfway up. Typically these rooms are used for children or single people.

2nd. Story:

All bedrooms, sitting/sleeping rooms and 2 full bathrooms.

The master bathroom has a whirlpool bath tub, shower two sinks, fireplace, And two skylight.

The 2nd bathroom has a shower/tub, one sink and skylight.

 

Ground floor:

Large 27X32 living room with a couch, fireplace, piano and 3 large chairs. This living room can be close off by two doors.

1/2 bathroom

The kitchen, dinning room and den are an open plan design and off of the kitchen is a patio with a tables, chairs and umbrella.

Off of the patio is our large inn ground swimming pool. Around the pool there is a large table & umbrella and 6 lounging chairs.

Attached to the pool area is a canopy covered area that has a bar (not stocked) as well as some chairs and tables.

The entire house sleeps 10-12 people

There are Two double size blowup mattress available to use where you wish ..
